They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee production efficiency, process optimization, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, a track record of driving continuous improvement, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- Implement and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and senior management to align operations with business goals.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.) and company policies.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in process optimization and cost reduction.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

- Base Salary: $175K (negotiable based on experience).
