Position: Recruiter
Location: Atlanta - they go on site 4 days a week, WFH Friday - this is the address in ATL: 400 Galleria Pkwy SE #1400, Atlanta, GA 30339
Rate: $30-$34/hr based on experience - (Health, vision, and dental benefits offered)
Duration: 30 -60 days contract + possible extensions (Covering a leave)
Day to Day:
An employer is looking for a highly skilled contract sourcer to join one of our largest national general contractor clients to fill in for an employee on leave. Currently this role is slated to be 30-60 days in duration but could extend longer depending on their budget and your performance. In this role you'll be using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn to identify candidates for recruiters to then screen for open roles internally. In order to be successful on this ream you must have prior experience sourcing and/or recruiting and have strong and proactive communication, both internally with leaders and team members, and externally with candidates.
Must Have:
-Prior experience recruiting and / or sourcing
-Ability to commute to their office in Atlanta 4 days per week / WFH on Fridays
-Prior experience using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates
-Excellent communication both written and verbal
Plusses:
-Prior experience identifying talent for roles within the construction industry
