Francois & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is key to managing our international inbound and domestic outbound shipments — ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-tier service to our clients and partners.
Must Have:
1+ year of freight brokerage experience (required)
2+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or scheduling
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail, CRM platforms)
Familiarity with ERP systems — Stone Profit and Salesforce experience is a plus
What You’ll Do:
Manage all outbound domestic shipments (LTL, FTL expedited) via our freight broker portal
Schedule and track inbound international freight for on-time delivery
Prepare shipping paperwork and labels, ensure accurate load-outs
Update ERP system with shipment details and client communication
Perform inbound and outbound quality inspections
Monitor and manage freight broker contracts for cost-effectiveness
Collaborate across departments and maintain strong vendor/client relationships
Support payment collection and contribute to process improvement as the role evolves
