Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for ensuring that use case builds are progressing smoothly, coordinating with use case owners, and tracking progress to successful completion.
- Manage the overall project lifecycle for the development of Power BI divisional use cases.
- Collaborate with use case owners to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with IT teams and divisional teams to ensure that Power BI use cases are developed and delivered on time.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related questions and issues.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in data analytics or business intelligence projects.
- Strong understanding of Power BI and data visualization concepts.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation, developing use cases and user stories as well as managing stakeholder engagement, milestones and project scheduled.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
