In this role you will:
Recruitment Cycle
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing for US roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Use data-driven methods to optimize recruitment processes and measure success metrics.
- Create and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with Empathy’s brand and mission.
Employer Brand
- Drive employer branding initiatives, representing Empathy at events, online platforms, and through partnerships to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Coordinate virtual and in person interviews, working alongside leaders to ensure operational excellence
- Stay updated on hiring trends, best practices, and market insights to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
Requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our exceptional team by finding and hiring top talent who share our passion for purpose-driven innovation.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, preferably within tech companies or startups.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
- A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work in a Start-Up fast-paced environment, accommodating global time zones when needed.
- Passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.

The salary for this position ranges between $85,000-$95,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
