SECTR Partners are supporting a growing Veterinary group in their search for a Director of People Operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Employee Engagement, Learning & Development and HRBP
- Develop scalable L&D programs to support DVMs, technicians, support staff and practice managers
- Support the onboarding of new employees, develop strategies to reduce turnover
- Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and recognition across all locations
- Manage and train the People Operations team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree human resources or management
- 7+ years' of progressive HR experience
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-site environment (Veterinary, Healthcare, Retail)
- Strong knowledge of HR Business Partnerships, L&D and Employee Engagement
- Ability to visit the New York office weekly
