Our client is on a mission to make senior living communities across the country exceptional places to live and work. As a Regional Director of Operations you’ll be at the heart of that mission—leading, strategizing, and supporting our Executive Directors to ensure excellence in hospitality and operations. These are luxury communities and will require someone that is skilled with working with high-end customers. Must live in the DC metro/southern Maryland/northern Virginia area. My client wants someone that knows the market.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guiding and supporting Executive Directors to build strong leadership teams and deliver top-tier senior care for luxury senior living campuses.
- Spearheading the pre-opening process for new communities—because first impressions matter!
- Conducting Quarterly Operations Reviews to assess, refine, and elevate performance.
- Partnering with marketing teams to keep communities thriving and full of life.
- Identifying and implementing strategic improvements—because we’re always looking for ways to do better.
- Traveling to communities, meeting amazing people, and seeing your impact firsthand.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A leader at heart – Someone who loves mentoring and building strong teams.
- A problem-solver – You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to make smart decisions.
- An operations guru – At least 5 years of experience in senior living operations, especially in CCRCs or luxury independent living communities.
- A people person – Strong communication skills are a must. You’ll be working with leaders, boards, and teams across the country.
- Tech-savvy & organized – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects like a pro.
