Art Director Opportunity at Petme

Are you a passionate and innovative Art Director with a keen eye for design and a focus on enhancing user experiences? Petme is seeking a creative individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and user interface design of our digital products.

Responsibilities:

Lead User-Centered Design: Spearhead the creation of visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Collaborate with UX/UI Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers and researchers to incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights into design strategies. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and interface elements for cohesive user journeys.

Maintain Brand and UX Consistency: Uphold our brand guidelines while contributing to a consistent and intuitive user interface across our digital platforms.

Conduct User Testing: Actively participate in or support user testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback on design prototypes and iterating based on user insights.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and user-friendliness of our digital products.

Handle Multiple Projects: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively, all while maintaining a focus on user-centered design principles.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong understanding of design principles. Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, with a robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Creativity: Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to design challenges, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the user experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate design concepts, and collaborate effectively with UX/UI teams.

Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
