Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in motion graphics and video to help transform complex financial, legal, or pharmaceutical content into compelling visual tools and experiences. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of relevant experience and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where concepting, creativity, and execution go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Concepting
- Develop innovative visual concepts based on project briefs and business objectives.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging visual solutions across formats such as print ads, social media, direct mail, and more.
- Present and articulate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members.
2. Campaign Development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior creatives to understand strategic goals and user needs.
- Turn insurance, investment, or similarly complex content into digestible and visually appealing creative assets for multi-channel campaigns.
3. Creative Production
- Execute and refine design work, incorporating stakeholder feedback and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with industry best practices and platform-specific standards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with copywriters, designers, compliance, and channel leads to ensure visual messaging is consistent, compliant, and user-centric.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to team-wide creative solutions.
5. Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and improvement by analyzing creative performance and iterating based on feedback.
- Remain open to guidance from senior creative leads and actively seek opportunities to elevate work quality and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, video production, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and motion graphics work
- Experience within regulated industries such as financial services, legal, or pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with project management tools and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities
- Passion for staying current with design trends and best practices
