$65k - $70k
Position Overview
This Marketing Coordinator role is ideal for someone with a passion for branding, content, and campaign execution. You will work closely with marketing leads to keep projects moving, performance tracked, and ideas flowing. If you love staying organized while being part of something creative, you will thrive here.
Responsibilities Of The Marketing Coordinator
- Support day-to-day marketing operations including campaign execution, content coordination, and analytics tracking.
- Manage internal calendars, timelines, and marketing materials.
- Help prepare reports, decks, and client-facing presentations.
- Assist with social media, email marketing, and digital content scheduling.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and other partners to ensure timely deliverables.
Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Coordinator:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing Coordinator:
- Previous experience at a marketing agency or in-house brand team.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- A creative eye and interest in content development.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
