Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, account planning, marketing research or consulting, strategy consulting, or sales leadership.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and building teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing large teams with significant scopes operating in complex environments.
- Experience working with CXO/executive stakeholders (LCS Director+ or equivalent) on experience design and thought leadership programming at an experience-led organization.
- Experience working with AI, Ads and technology innovations across CXO, CMO and x-industry groups.
- Ability to think big and to see big-picture/detail focused to drive excellence.
- Ability to understand business issues, and to easily link CXO topics and agendas to executive programming.
- Ability to challenge executive audiences, with dynamic and compelling facilitators and presenters.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of facilitators, evangelists and program managers to deliver executive experiences and advocate a forward-thinking strategy for Google's America Executive Experiences, align with business objectives/customer needs.
- Lead development of innovative executive program offerings, formats, content, and experiences that resonate with C-suite audiences and maximize impact.
- Collaborate with Executives, Strategic Insight Leads, Cross-Product Area teams to understand strategic priorities, industry challenges, and trends, translating insights into high-value programs.
- Forge strong partnerships with Sales Leadership to ensure experience strategy delivers against sales objectives and oversee the development of insightful content, lab experiences and speaker bureau to enhance Google's thought leadership.
- Drive agile delivery to respond to market shifts, innovate to lead, and meet evolving priorities while continuously optimizing the effectiveness of programs to maximize ROI and long-term impact.
