Position Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a true partner to a high-level executive managing the day-to-day so they can focus on scaling the business. You will handle everything from calendars and travel to internal ops and special projects. The ideal Executive Assistant is detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate high-level internal and external communications.
- Arrange travel, track expenses, and ensure the executive's day runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Support company operations, help with onboarding logistics, and liaise with internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Anticipate needs before they arise and problem-solve on the fly.
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment (tech, startup, or VC-backed company is preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - you're always five steps ahead.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to represent leadership with polish and warmth.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools like Notion or Asana.
- A proactive mindset and calm under pressure.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Experience supporting C-suite or founder-level executives.
- Background in tech, venture capital, or startup environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
