Position Overview
This Administrative Assistant role is perfect for someone who is detail-obsessed, organized and thrives on supporting a busy, high-performing team. You'll play a critical part in keeping operations smooth, handling everything from scheduling to internal coordination, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, and expense reporting.
- Be the first point of contact for team needs and act as an internal problem-solver.
- Keep documents, systems, and processes organized and up-to-date.
- Support the coordination of internal meetings, team events, and other key initiatives.
- Maintain a proactive approach to anticipating needs and staying five steps ahead.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience in a creative, tech, or fast-paced office setting.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana.
- A natural team player who takes initiative and ownership.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
