The fast-moving, high-impact Global Growth team at Spotify is primarily responsible for converting users to our Premium propositions, while also driving retention and engagement over their lifetime on our platform.
The Global Growth team is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate, based in the NYC office. The role will support and execute global communications across owned channels (e.g. email, push, in-app notification, House Ads) and other touchpoints. They will be supporting revenue-generating campaigns and evergreen programs that guide our users to new and relevant content that keeps them coming back. This is a stimulating and challenging role in an exciting and fast-paced international organization with great development opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Build, QA, and execute messaging programs and campaigns leveraging our owned channels (email, push, in-app notifications, house-ads) across our 180+ markets
- Assist with project management and collaborate with brand, legal, and localization teams to create compelling messages for our owned channels
- Ensure the flawless and timely launch of campaigns, and maintenance of evergreen programs
- Work closely with analytics partners to evaluate the success of our programs and campaigns, and set learning agenda that drives optimization of our messaging
- Partner with product teams to build solutions for messaging that deliver the right message to the right user at the right time
- Organize training materials, best practices, and documentation across the team
- Be empowered to challenge the way we do things and propose better solutions and strategies
Who You Are
- 1+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing is preferred
- Eager to learn and roll up your sleeves, data-oriented with a passion for growth marketing
- Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- A self-starter who’s opportunistic and comfortable problem-solving on the fly
- Capability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, including international teams, legal, product and engineering
- Previous experience with email and in-app marketing is preferred
- Basic proficiency in SQL nice to have
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or a similar degree
Where You'll Be
- This role is based in New York, NY
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into the office 2-3 days per week.
- Working hours? We operate within the EST zone for collaboration.
The United States base range for this position is $55,451 - 79,215 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance.
