We are currently working with a Leading Bulge Bracket Investment Bank looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to its highly active FIG Investment Banking team in New York.
Role Overview:
- Lead transaction execution across M&A, IPOs, ECM, and DCM.
- Work on high-profile deals across all FIG verticals including FinTech, Asset Management, SpecFin, Banks, and Insurance.
- One of the strongest FIG franchises with an exceptionally busy deal pipeline.
- Opportunity to specialize or remain a generalist within the team.
- Ideally looking for someone to join at the Associate 1/Associate 2 level, but can be flexible for the right person.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of Investment Banking experience, with solid exposure to the FIG industry.
- Strong valuation modeling skills.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field.
