Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Supply Chain Specialist to support our warehouse operations and contribute to the smooth flow of goods within our last-mile delivery network. In this role, you’ll assist with inventory management, shipment coordination, and day-to-day warehouse activities. You’ll work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of packages.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, staging, and organizing shipments.
- Support inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing packages.
- Help prepare packages for outbound delivery and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to support efficient route planning and delivery execution.
- Monitor warehouse workflows and suggest ways to improve organization and efficiency.
- Help maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels using internal tools or spreadsheets.
- Support safety and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse.
- Participate in the rollout of new tools and processes to streamline warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve daily operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor degree or above in logistics, supply chain, or business related major.
- Some experience (internship, part-time, or volunteer) in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel or inventory systems is a plus.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
