Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases
- Filing and organizing documents, ensuring easy retrieval and maintenance of office records
- Assisting staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a busy environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
