- Manage on-site inventory and ensure timely replenishment of AV parts and maintenance materials.
- Coordinate deliveries with central warehouses and logistics teams to guarantee timely availability of components.
- Execute part transactions and maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.
- Work closely with technicians and operational teams to forecast material needs.
- Monitor inventory performance and implement process improvements.
- Resolve discrepancies or delivery issues efficiently and professionally.
- Keep clear documentation to support compliance, audits, and reporting.
🧰 Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced in inventory management or materials coordination (automotive or logistics sector preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems; experience with SAP is a significant plus.
