Procurement & Contracts Manager(
📍 Location: Atlanta, GA | Full-Time (onsite will pay for relocation)
We’re seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager to support our growing community solar projects from development to operation. This role ensures EPC contracts are negotiated efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety, legal, and financial standards. Reports to SVP of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize EPC contracts & LNTP terms with third-party firms.
- Align contracts with project needs in engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, and wage laws.
- Manage contract documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to streamline contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
✔ 10+ years of contract experience (preferred).
✔ Experience in solar/construction design.
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
