Senior Supply Chain Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate primarily with the Supply Chain stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and evaluate potential system enhancements, upgrades, and/or system conversions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries for the Supply chain.
- Configure Workday modules, including but not limited to Procurement and Inventory, in collaboration with domain partners.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user issues and system enhancements.
- Triage and resolve tickets based on established SLAs.
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate resolutions to end users.
- Support organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementation or upgrades, including communicating changes to stakeholders and promoting user adoption.
- Lead and participate in internal controls and audits to support the business, including change management processes and other IT controls.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements.
This opportunity is a direct-hire position. You can work 100% remotely, but you must live in one of the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, or Ohio.
