Our client is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and support the full-cycle recruitment process. This role plays a critical part in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong ability to source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
This position is a 2 month contract.
