Data Analyst - Excel, SQL

Optomi, in partnership with an enterprise level retail client, is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join their growing team on the Pro House Account Team, which includes offering trade credit, flexible payment terms, and “Buy Now, Pay Later” options for clients. Will work closely with the Pro House team to help build and refine a growing program that manages over $93 million in Pro House Account sales. Maintain Excel sheets to track application statuses and customer onboarding. Assist in building and refining internal processes, particularly related to managing claims, invoices, and the overall Pro House Account workflow. Connect with internal teams, including sales reps and other stakeholders, to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and ensure smooth account management.
Must Have:
- 2-3 years’ experience of data analytics skills
- Excel – Intermediate to Advanced (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas), Basic Data Entry
- SQL
- Tableau
- Great communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Supply Chain is a plus
- Eagerness to lean
- Self-starter
- Industry preference: Retailing, Sales experience and supporting a sales environment
About the Team:
- 2 Contractors and 2 other Sr Managers; They work with a lot of Outside Sales Reps (over 500)
- The team operates in a "scrappy" environment, processes are continuously being developed and improved.
