Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth team and someone who wants to make an immediate impact. This is a full-time Contract or W-2 on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA or Richmond, VA. You’ll be at the heart of our supply chain, managing day-to-day logistics operations, optimizing inventory, and ensuring products reach clients on time - every time. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the autonomy to make quick decisions and drive operational excellence as Terravive continues to quickly expand and make an impact globally.

Key Responsibilities:
· Forecast and project weekly inventory requirements across our warehouses.
· Partner and work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment issues.
· Manage inbound and outbound freight across all warehouses.
· Deliver accurate forecasting summaries to key suppliers.
· Ensure all outbound orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time.
· Oversee international shipments and ensure regulatory compliance door-to-door.
· Automate and streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
· Establish SOPs for our domestic and international operations.
· Integrate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or equivalent for full operational visibility.
· Work closely with leadership to ensure product availability, KPIs and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· 5-10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field (preferred but not required).
· Strong inventory management and logistics coordination skills.
· Proven leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with variety of shipping modes: LTL, FTL, International shipping, etc.
· Experience with Broadline Food Service distribution is preferred
· Experience in consumer packaging is a plus.
