Our Ads team is shaping the future of commerce-centric advertising. We’re building a new division focused on helping merchants and brands effectively reach and convert highly engaged users across multiple platforms. With access to deep insights from one of the world’s most extensive commerce ecosystems, we’re creating impactful advertising experiences that span the full customer journey—from discovery to purchase, loyalty, and advocacy.
About the Design Team
You’ll be part of a passionate consumer design team focused on the post-purchase journey—working closely with cross-functional partners to build seamless experiences for shoppers and merchants. We care deeply about design craft, usability, and human-centered problem solving, and we thrive in a collaborative environment where your voice and vision truly matter.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design for high-impact, customer-facing products within our advertising ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to deliver thoughtful and cohesive solutions
- Use data, research, and storytelling to advocate for users and drive decision-making
- Design interactive prototypes and contribute to our global design system
- Mentor designers and help elevate design quality and thinking across the organization
- Communicate design strategies and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product design experience, with strong exposure to fintech and/or digital commerce
- A compelling portfolio showcasing elegant, user-centered design solutions that drive business impact
- Deep understanding of design systems, UX principles, and multi-platform design (web, native, mobile)
- Experience with design research methods and applying insights to product decisions
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- A degree in Design, Human Factors, Information Architecture, or equivalent experience
