Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco or New York City.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Scaled Success & Programs team drives customer success and value at scale through a digital-first approach across LinkedIn solutions.
As part of the Scaled Success Measurement team, you will work with one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world and collaborate with a high-caliber, passionate team. You will lead high-impact projects and help prioritize strategies that drive customer success and value at scale.
Your work will supercharge our go-to-market efforts by embedding data into how we evaluate and improve our initiatives. You will develop tools and frameworks to measure the impact of the Scaled Solution Organization (SSO), using strong analytical skills, LinkedIn’s unique data, and disciplined project management techniques. Your insights will directly shape strategies to reduce churn and increase feature adoption—changing how one of the world’s leading tech companies delivers value at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a thought leader on measurement methodologies within the Scaled Solutions Organization
- Develop a comprehensive measurement plan and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on operational improvements, collaborating closely with Sales Ops and other internal teams.
- Extract, analyze, and visualize data using SQL in Trino environments, Tableau, and internal systems to generate meaningful insights.
- Design causal testing frameworks to measure the incremental impact of key initiatives on churn and feature adoption.
- Increase experiment velocity, ensuring pilot results are available quickly.
- Provide regular performance reporting and lead discussions on applying key learnings across teams.
- Conceptualize and execute initiatives that help stakeholders make better data-driven decisions.
- Create and manage project plans for analytic programs and tools, adjusting priorities based on impact and effort.
- Act as a customer-centric program manager, ensuring all projects and analyses are aligned with customer value.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, business, or related)
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and storytelling to derive insights
- 3+ years of consulting or project/product/program management experience, working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience using SQL to query large datasets, analyze data, and generate reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with digital marketing analytics, including multi-touch attribution and customer journey analysis
- Proficiency in Python, with experience applying machine learning libraries in a professional setting
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
- Business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and leading cross-functional analytics initiatives

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
