Warehouse supervisor desired for an awesome e-commerce distribution facility. Focusing on subscription-based, small-package goods in the e-commerce space, we're based in Las Vegas and are looking for an experienced candidate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in the support capacity of materials control, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
- Minimum of 2 years experience in people management, leadership or supervision
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment
- Experience in wholesale/B2B fulfillment
- Requires operational knowledge of computer software (Excel, Word, e-mail, Internet applications, etc.) Competency will be tested during interview process
- Experience with a WMS is required, with Shiphero is preferred
- Experience working with and managing temporary labor forces
- Spanish speaking ability helpful
- Strong oral and written communication skills, experience with communications software such as Slack and Google Suite
- Exposure to and experience with OSHA Standards, and Plant Safety Programs
- Eligibility for forklift certification, previous forklift experience beneficial
- Willingness to have flexibility in work schedule based on seasonal increases in order volume - Saturday shifts during the five weeks of peak Q4 required
- Desire to learn in a hands-on environment
- Associates Degree strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the pick/pack process, picking and packing where necessary
- Identify skills and knowledge gaps within the existing team and design solutions to address the gaps through hiring, training or otherwise
- Lead employee meetings and training
- Collaborate with client concierge team on client requests
- Lead inbound shipment management (trailer off-loading or pallets and floor-loaded containers)
- Manages batch distribution and tracking of orders given to packers
- Assists with managing the location of inventory to ensure proper stock rotation, smooth order picking, and staging activities.
- Monitors inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling them with the data storage system
- Assists Warehouse Management Team with managing staff
- Work with cross-functional team members, to develop an efficient workflow and process improvement projects
- Completes and maintains all proper documentation
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year DOE
