About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Senior Director of Operations. Reporting directly to the COO and CEO, the Senior Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision and operational efficiency of our company. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in operational management, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure end to end operational execution:
- Units are produced on time, with zero defects, and in a cost-efficient manner
- All units are delivered and installed on time, with all required components
- Post install service and breakdown maintenance are handled with speed, reliability, and cost control
- Guarantee service-level agreements are met across all active fielded units
- Eliminate cross-functional disconnects (e.g., missing parts or install delays) through tighter processes and alignment
- Improve technician scheduling and deployment to increase utilization and maximize productive “wrench time”
- Reduce excess costs in labor, overtime, shipping, and logistics
- Design, implement, and track KPIs across production, logistics, installation, and service performance
- Collaborate with front-line leaders to drive day-to-day execution while building scalable, reliable systems for growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role, with at least 3 years of experience in a Director of Operations or above role.
- Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
