Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of twelve (12) years in the Information Technology Field
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Five (5) years' experience managing multimillion dollar projects in large-scale systems
Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications

Preferred/Special Skills

PMP certified
Broadband or other network and / or communications infrastructure experience
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach.
Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative and positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with software providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Proven multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage high volumes, and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in both oral and written formats.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
