Manager of Supply Chain | Retail Grocery (65+ Locations)
A fast-growing retail grocery chain is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain to lead DSD (Direct Store Delivery) operations, store ordering systems, and inventory/reclamation processes. You’ll act as the key liaison between Store Ops and Merchandising to optimize supply chain workflows and ensure system accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot DSD operations, invoice discrepancies, and vendor/item setups
- Maintain inputs, settings, and error resolutions within Blue Yonder
- Oversee store order accuracy, planogram alignment, and shelf/backroom inventory
- Lead PIER batch creation, markdown tracking, and reclamation workflows
- Deliver data-driven insights and KPI reports for cross-functional teams
- Train and support store teams on supply chain systems and job aids
Requirements:
- 3+ years in supply chain, inventory management, or DSD within retail/grocery
- Proficient in Soft Grocer and/or Blue Yonder (JDA) platforms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in markdown/reclamation management
- Familiarity with inventory KPIs and store reset processes
