We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Process Manager with Lean Six Sigma certification to lead the optimization of HR processes across our client organization.
This role will focus on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing the employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with HR best practices and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map existing HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement within HR systems and workflows.
- Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects to improve HR process performance using data-driven methodologies.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance and ensure sustained improvements.
- Facilitate change management efforts and training programs to support new processes and tools.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to automate and digitize HR processes where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in process improvement or project management roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software (e.g., Visio, Minitab, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large, matrixed organization or shared services environment.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is required
- Familiarity with Agile or other continuous improvement methodologies.
