Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface across all levels of the organization
- Proven responsiveness and ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Industry experience in packaging is preferred
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and responsive Executive Assistant to support two senior executives. The Executive Assistant will provide a blend of executive support, HR coordination, and general office administration, serving as a key point of contact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to both executives.
- Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Assist with onboarding, employee communications, and other HR coordination activities.
- Maintain and organize documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Manage office-related administrative duties, including supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Support broader team operations and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
