Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for and attend trials and arbitration hearings.
- Draft and respond to pleadings.
- Propound and respond to written discovery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in trial preparation and state and federal court filing.
- Familiarity with Clio and Lumix is preferred.
- BA and Paralegal Certificate required.
Role Details
- Full-time position with a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.
