REPORTS TO: Associate Director. Warehousing and Logistics
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations and ensure seamless inventory management, freight coordination, and accurate report tracking. This role demands a strong grasp of warehouse logistics and inventory control and effective communication with key stakeholders to align inventory systems with warehouse processes.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for monitoring 3PL activity, developing and implementing procedures that uphold company policies, drive continuous process improvements, and reinforce a strong quality program. Additionally, they will serve as the primary point of contact for the 3PL team all inventory and logistics-related issues or escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse 3PL Operations:
- Manage third-party logistics (3PL) operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, to ensure service levels meet business expectations.
- Collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.
- Recommend and, in conjunction with 3PL, implement best practices for warehouse layout, picking and packing strategies, and overall workflow optimization. Minimize waste, reduce handling time, and improve turnaround times for order processing. Leverage automation and technology to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure on-time procurement of warehouse supplies, packaging materials, and essential equipment.
Inventory Management
- Owner for inventory Management and accuracy for all Relatable US locations – WHQ LA, TBF Frostburg, TTK, Amazon FBA US and Canada
- Inventory Management at all locations to ensure proper inventory tracking, reconciliation, and accuracy within the 3PL warehouse management system (WMS) and Relatable Netsuite system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product damages, or inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct periodic internal cycle counts and audits and monitor the 3PL Cycle Count program to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
- Support with Annual and Bi-Annual External Inventory Audits
- Oversee the disposal of obsolete, damaged, or expired inventory while ensuring adherence to company policies, environmental regulations, and compliance standards. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to determine write-offs or recovery options.
Quality Control
- Manage and enhance the Quality Assurance Program for all shipping and receiving.
- Enforce and train teams on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities. Monitor and manage warehouse workflow to ensure orders are processed accurately and meet delivery deadlines.
- Support Operations team with Non-Compliance Chargeback reviews and dispute claims (Photos, Reporting, QA Forms, etc)
Financial and KPIs
- Manage warehouse operational budgets, optimize material procurement, and control storage and handling costs
- Own the key KPIs around fulfillment cost/unit and storage cost/unit. Implement KPI track to measure warehouse efficiency.
- Track cost per unit for various cost heads and drive improvements to help reduce cost.
- Monitor and update the Warehouse Cost Tracker for real-time visibility into shipping and storage operations costs.
Logistics & Transfers:
- Manage daily workflow of inbound shipments from factory and outbound deliveries to retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Work closely with the Freight Manager and Operations team to ensure cross functional updates and escalations
- Manage loading/shipping of TikTok / AMZ CA Transfers, ensuring timely and efficient inventory movement.
- Oversee OSD (Over, Short & Damaged) processes, handling claims and corrective actions to minimize losses. Execute Disposals based on collaboration with Operations and Planning teams.
Location
- Commerce, CA (through March 2027), subsequent relocation to (West Coast City, State TBD)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Apply only if you are in an onsite warehouse role for a 3PL or manufacturer.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, inventory tracking tools
- Experience with Walmart Retail Link, Amazon Vendor Central, Target Partners Online is a plus
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills (excel) to monitor and improve inventory accuracy and cost per unit.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve inventory mismatches, OSD issues, and freight challenges.
- Communication: Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and operational efficiency.

The Legal bits:
The salary range for this role is $85,000.00- $105,000.00 annually, plus eligible for an annual target bonus prorated from the start date. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
