Rohadfox Construction a Construction Management firm is looking for a Human Resource Manager.
Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and managing human resources policies, programs, and practices that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The Senior HR Manager will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior management to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
- Partner with senior management to provide HR guidance and support in achieving business goals.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Along with the Recruiting Department, Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and leadership training.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure the company’s compensation and benefits packages are competitive.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and equitable workplace.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related matters.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve department and organizational goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Working knowledge of adp WorkForce Now
