Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate and manage the ordering process, ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
- Implement and refine operational procedures to improve workflow and reduce costs.
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and major retail clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Lead project management initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess operational effectiveness.
- Support and mentor team members to enhance overall department performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or supply chain setting.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
