The Clinical Recruiter role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical providers. The ideal candidate will be a key partner to the operations and HR teams providing expert guidance for recruitment strategies and creating a personalized candidate experience.
The Clinical Recruiter will lead recruiting initiatives that impact the entire organization, drive company growth, and help people develop successful careers.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders on hiring needs for the market and provide guidance on all stages of the hiring process to deliver on outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Actively source new candidates through various channels such as referrals, social media platforms, job boards, and college relations
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications and skills for clinical roles
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals, preferences, and availability
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and advancements in clinical recruiting best practices
- Leverage data to provide key insights to stakeholders including openings, recruiting status and trends, time to fill and hire, and other relevant information
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business, Healthcare or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years in a clinical or dental/DSO recruiting
Technology Proficiency Previous experience with UKG Pro (Ultipro), iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM technology preferred
