Our challenge

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML/Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and software development. You will work on innovative projects that leverage AI and ML to drive business solutions and enhance decision-making processes.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Irving, TX is $105k – $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions.
Collect and analyze data to inform model development.
Build and test AI/ML models.
Implement solutions and integrate with existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and techniques.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Ability to collect, clean, and manipulate data.
Knowledge of data visualization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Understanding of software development practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
