Executive Assistant – Hybrid, NYC
Overview
- Report to Managing Director and provide administrative support to a team of busy financial services professionals
- Calendar management, scheduling, travel planning (flights, trains, hotels, car service)
- Event planning (speaker arrangements, tech coordination, agenda, catering, etc.)
- Light accounting – invoicing, budgeting support, processing expenses
- Act as “office manager” to the team including managing facilities, supplies, setting up technology, distributing mail, faxing, copying, filing, arranging catering, etc.
- Meeting prep including preparing PowerPoint presentations and taking notes
Ideal candidate:
- 4+ years administrative/executive support in a professional services environment (financial services a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and professionalism
- Experience handling highly confidential information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with data visualization tools (Visio, LucidChart, Creatly, Coggle) a plus
Hybrid schedule (2x per week in-office)
Salary - $75,000–$100,000+ with a 10% target bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including medial, dental, vision, PTO and more
