Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Assists in the conceptualizing of social media strategies to meet brand objectives and enhance engagement on diverse platforms, while also leading execution of social media content calendars and providing recommendations on partners, which includes managing posting/scheduling of approved content.
- Client Communication: Helps keep clients informed about engagement progress, community management, and deliverable timelines.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborates with teams across the agency to devise proactive solutions for creating and activating high quality content, creating well-designed decks that positions the agency as a creative thought leader for existing clients and new business, and assists in creating, editing, and developing multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines that resonate with the intended audience.
- Results Driven: Leverages social media management tools like Sprinklr and Talkwalker to evaluate campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and extract insights for ongoing improvement to shape future initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manages and delegates responsibilities to the Social Media Associate and Coordinator.
- Community Building & Management Oversight: Oversees our community management team to ensure we’re fostering relationships with our online community and engaging in reactive and proactive communications on client social media channels.
- Trend Identification: Proactively suggests ideas and pinpoints trends, hashtags, the competitive landscape, platform updates, and tools to ensure alignment with our target audience.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Account Management Experience: At least one year of experience leading client interactions on a day-to-day basis, including regular calls and meetings.
- Team Management Experience: At least one year of experience of direct management of an employee.
- Strategy Implementation: Showcases a track record of effectively crafting and implementing social media strategies that propel audience growth, enhance engagement, and elevate brand recognition. Paid social media experience is a plus!
- Creative Suite & Canva Familiarity: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva would be a huge asset, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Creative & Writing Excellence: Displays creative thinking skills, adept writing skills, and a meticulous eye for detail, both in day-to-day communications as well as social media copywriting.
- Analytical Acumen & Algorithm Familiarity: Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and knowledgeable about social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across various platforms.
- Reporting Skills: Proficient with tools and services for effective social media reporting, including Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Instagram/Meta analystics, etc.

The salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
