Description
You will be responsible for managing several processes in Trading Support, from liaising with Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and other personnel to ensure seamless trade flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage several processes within Broadridge systems such as BPS and Gloss.
- Book trades for fixed incomes
- Process Equity trades
- Trade processing for fixed incomes & equities
- Daily reconciliations
- Serve as liaison with multiple departments
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- 2+ years Middle Office/Trade Support experience
- Experience working directly supporting a trading desk
- Cross product knowledge (Particularly Bonds and Equities)
- Strong experience with controls and operational risk, management environment
- Refined finance knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bloomberg and Broadridge experience is preferred
