Office Assistant to join our client's creative crew.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$21/hr - $26/hr Depending on experience
Position Overview
This Office Assistant will be the go-to person for keeping our space organized, our meetings running smoothly, and our team supported. Whether it is greeting guests, restocking the snack bar, or juggling schedules, the Office Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day success.
Responsibilities Of The Office Assistant
- Manage office operations, supply inventory, and vendor communications.
- Answer phones and welcome guests with a professional and upbeat attitude.
- Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal event planning.
- Assist project leads with admin tasks, documentation, and file organization.
- Keep the break room stocked and the team smiling.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Assistant:
- 1 - 2 years in an Office Assistant or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
- Ability to work independently and stay one step ahead.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Assistant:
- Experience in a marketing, creative, or fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, or Trello.
- A sense of humor and love for a good playlist.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
