About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key position that keeps our office running smoothly and ensures our leadership and team are always set up for success. You’ll be stepping into a role previously held by a standout team member, who has been promoted. We're excited to find someone who can take the baton and bring fresh energy and attention to detail to our day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Office calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing
- Supporting logistics for meetings, conferences, and internal events
- Stocking the office, maintaining supplies, and creating a welcoming environment
- Greeting guests and supporting leadership and the broader team with ad-hoc admin tasks
- Partnering closely with leadership—and collaborating across the entire firm
