Job Overview:
We are seeking fresh graduates and entry-level talent with a background in analytics—whether business analytics, data analytics, or a related discipline—to join our Customer Success department. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers, manage global clients, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Note: This is not a typical 9-5 role. With global teams and clients, you’ll work rotational shifts to provide exceptional support and collaboration across time zones.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fresh Graduates: Candidates with a degree in business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
- Non-Degree Applicants: We welcome applications from motivated individuals without a degree who can demonstrate analytical skills and a passion for client success.

Program Structure:
This entry-level role begins with a structured internship program designed to set you up for success:
- 3-Month Unpaid Internship & Training: Gain hands-on experience, training, and mentorship while working closely with our Customer Success team.
- 3-Month Paid Internship: Potential to move to a paid Internship program upon completing your unpaid internship and training program to deepen your skills, take on more responsibility, and prove your potential with a competitive stipend.
- Full-Time Employment: Potential to move to full-time employment. Upon completing the Paid internship, you’ll transition into a permanent Business Analyst / Product Owner role with Auzmor, providing opportunities for growth within Auzmor.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure success with Auzmor’s solutions.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve customer outcomes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Managed client relationships and delivered exceptional service across global time zones.
- Document processes and maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.
