Job Summary:
We are seeking a temporary Assistant Project Manager, Marketing to provide support to two global beauty brands located in New York, NY. This individual will be a part of the Travel Retail Worldwide distribution channel supporting the Makeup and Fragrance categories for each brand. This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP lasting for 26 weeks in duration (approximately 6 months). The role will be operating off a hybrid schedule on-site in the team's corporate offices located in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with operational/executional work and interested in gaining visibility into market execution with 360 lenses.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly non-saleable promotional and gift with purchase (GWP) reconciliation and forecast planning
- Manage brand's Promotion monthly tracker with support from Supply and Demand Planning team in partnership with the regions
- Support TR Regional assortment management, processing discontinuations or additions for the Makeup and Fragrance categories
- Complete in-process seasonal line edit (for Makeup and Fragrance categories)
- Complete seasonal pricing and retailer newness presentation files and templates (for Makeup and Fragrance categories)
- Build and maintain the Makeup and Fragrance Global asset library of available lightbox and in-store assets for each of key Makeup and Fragrance programs, reviewing in DAM and confirming asset expiration dates for brand
- Manage all Makeup and Fragrance Visual Merchandising updates in partnership with the VM team to update the categories VM guidelines to regions for brand
- Conduct forecast proposal and demand plan reconciliation of FY26 programs (for Makeup and Fragrance categories)
- Join Monthly TRNY x TR Regional Meetings to provide meeting recaps, support campaign or NPL requests, register and follow-up on key action items
- Provide overall operational and project support for the Makeup / Fragrance TRNY marketing team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar type of role within marketing
- Prior experience working within the beauty industry or similar is highly preferred
- SAP and/or Power BI experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly adaptable, able to pivot as needed based on the needs of the business
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data
