The Digital Center of Excellence, Digital Creative Strategy and Planning team is responsible for cross line of business and allocation partner strategic planning and execution and the management of creative ideation through execution of enterprise, brand, and title campaigns across the Studio suite of brands. Brands include Disney, Disney+, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century, Searchlight, and the Franchises.
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the DE COE Digital Marketing team, working closely with Creative Strategy and Planning leads for the Studio brands, as well as internal partners across The Walt Disney Company (TWDC).
This is an operations-focused role responsible for tracking, reporting, communication, and high-volume task management to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This individual will support digital marketing campaigns, manage priority tracking systems, facilitate communication between teams, and develop polished presentations for executives and partners.
In addition to supporting Studio brands, this role will also provide operational support for Ad Sales and emerging business initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact across TWDC’s digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Prioritization & Request Tracking
- Manage and track marketing requests and priorities across Studio brands and internal TWDC stakeholders.
- Work with internal partners to determine the appropriate marketing support for various campaigns, aligning with strategic goals.
- Maintain and update priority trackers, planning guides, and request databases (e.g., Airtable) to ensure transparency and organization.
- Assist team leads with fiscal and quarterly planning, helping to identify key marketing priorities across TWDC.
Cross-Team Communication & Executive-Ready Deliverables
- Act as a key liaison between the Digital Marketing team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Develop polished decks and presentations for internal leadership, partners, and executives.
- Support leadership in communicating marketing priorities and strategic recommendations in cross-functional meetings.
Campaign & Content Support
- Support the ideation and execution of brand and title marketing campaigns, helping to ensure smooth workflows and collaboration.
- Assist with creative ideation, deck building, asset management, and scheduling to support campaign execution.
- Conduct strategic content placement reviews, ensuring marketing efforts align with brand priorities across digital and social platforms.
- Oversee the Parks ICP (Integrated Content Plan) Content Request Process, managing requests from initiation to final asset placement.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with Studio partners, Disney Parks, Experiences & Products, Ad Sales, and Corporate teams to ensure marketing alignment.
- Collaborate with key internal teams to maximize amplification of priority initiatives across TWDC’s digital ecosystem.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or project management, preferably within entertainment, media, or streaming.
- Experience working in a role that involves tracking marketing priorities and requests, ensuring appropriate strategic support.
- AA or BA in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs, Box, Keynote/PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere
- Previous experience with CRM tools, i.e. Airtable, Zendesk
- Understanding of digital and social media marketing, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Basic video editing and photoshop skills
- Impeccable eye for detail coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and implement strategies as directed

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in Sprinklr, Creator Studio, Keynote, and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign management, and brand marketing strategies.
- Prior experience supporting Ad Sales and/or emerging business initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Disney brands, franchises, and storytelling is a plus.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $71,000 - $95,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
