In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, tasked with ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively. Your ability to provide exceptional service will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also contribute to building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and suggestions in our database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
