Communiboost We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Provide product information and support to customers as needed.

- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
