About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced RTW Lead to join our dynamic team in New York City. This role is a unique opportunity to be part of our exciting retail expansion — beginning at our current SoHo boutique and transitioning to our highly anticipated flagship location on Madison Avenue in Q1 2026.
As the RTW Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving RTW sales, and setting the tone for excellence in service, styling, and product knowledge. You’ll be a key team player, guiding both clients and fellow team members with confidence and a deep appreciation for our brand’s aesthetic and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the category expert for RTW, delivering strong product knowledge and seasonal storytelling to both clients and the store team.
- Drive RTW sales performance through client engagement, wardrobe styling, and personalized service.
- Support training and development for team members around RTW fit, styling techniques, and collection highlights.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership to ensure visual presentation standards reflect the brand and the RTW assortment.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, focusing on retention and repeat business.
- Partner with merchandising and buying teams to provide feedback on assortment performance and client preferences.
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail, with a strong focus on Ready-to-Wear.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-focused, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
