Our client is the Family Office of the founder of a prestigious hedge fund. They are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site in Princeton, New Jersey.

Job Details

Answer phones, route calls with discretion, and manage inquiries
Assist with meetings and event coordination, including vendor management
Perform general administrative tasks and data entry, including expense reporting
Provide backup support for Executive Administrative Assistants
Manage office inventory and order supplies in cooperation with Facilities
Assist with ad-hoc projects and day-to-day responsibilities, as necessary
Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Salary: $60-65k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications

College degree preferred
Valid driver’s license required
2+ years’ experience in an administrative/office support role
Family office or financial services office experience, highly preferred
Highest level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
