About the Role
We’re looking for a data scientist to help shape smarter financial tools at scale. You’ll work with large, complex datasets and apply advanced machine learning techniques to improve the way customers interact with their finances. Your models will power real-world decisions that aim to reduce financial stress and increase efficiency for everyday users.
About the Team
You'll join the customer management analytics team focused on building intelligent, automated systems that guide key decisions for existing users. You'll partner closely with engineers, analysts, and product teams — to bring ideas from concept to production. The team owns every stage of the model lifecycle, from development to deployment, ongoing maintenance, and compliance. A big focus of our current work is streamlining models with fewer manual inputs, increasing both scalability and ease of use.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product managers to build tools people actually want to use
- Work with a tech stack that includes Python, Spark, AWS, and open-source libraries to analyze large-scale data
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models that influence business outcomes
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to people who aren’t data scientists

- Have a solid foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning
- Can translate technical findings into actionable business insights
